Nana is a qualified lawyer and corporate governance specialist with over 15 years of post-admission experience spanning commercial law, human rights advocacy and governance advisory. She ensures Tōtāra’s compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, advises the Board, and strengthens the organisation’s governance structures. She is a Partner at Amani Legal Practitioners, providing advisory services across commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and litigation, and has held leadership roles with the National Legal Aid Clinic for Women and Women and Law in Southern Africa.
